摘要
结合水利工程的特点,论述了工程施工阶段的投资控制任务及监理日常投资控制重点,提出了工程造价控制是监理控制工作中的重要措施,监理应发挥高智能服务作用,力争达到投资控制目标。
Combining with the features of the water conservancy projects,the paper indicates the investment control tasks and the controlling points for the supervision over daily investment at the construction phase,and points out the engineering cost control is the important measures in the supervision control and the supervision should exert the intelligent service,in order to meet the goal of the investment control.
