摘要
由于投运时间较长,连州发电厂湿法脱硫装置浆液喷淋层多次出现管道磨穿,导致脱硫装置停运事故。为此,对喷淋层故障情况进行分析,并提出方案对喷淋层进行优化改造。喷淋层改造后,提高了系统脱硫率,降低了系统石灰石耗量,减少了厂用电量,提高了系统可靠性。
For reason of long-time operation, the pipeline of seriflux spray layer of wet desulphurization device in Lianzhou power plant is wornout repeatedly which results in off-the-line accident of the desulphurization device. Therefore, this paper analyzes fault of the spray layer and proposes optimization and reform schemes. After reforming the spray layer, practice proves that it is effective to improve desulphurization rate of the system, reduce consumption of limestone and service power and improve reliability of the system.
