摘要
在医院城乡医疗一体化实践过程中,将PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)管理模式引入管理过程中,根据计划、实施、检查、改进的四个阶段建立城乡医疗一体化管理的PDCA循环模型。详细描述了3个周期的PDCA管理循环并进行对比,使PDCA管理模式思路更加清晰和更具操作性,形成行之有效的城乡医疗一体化帮扶管理模式。
In practice of the integration of rural and urban medical security system, we put PDCA （Plan, Do, Cheek, Action） mode into management and establish a PDCA circulation model according to the process of Plan, Do, Check and Action. This article give a detailed description and contrast to the 3 periods of PDCA management circulation, which makes the PDCA management mode much more dearly and easily to operate, hence forming the effective helpand-support mode and gaining obvious achievement.
