摘要
该文指出,中国一些资源型城市目前面临产业结构不合理、生态衰退和环境破坏严重、可持续发展发展问题突出等严峻形势。为此,该文结合国内与国外转型发展较好的城市案例,建议中国资源枯竭型城市转型应该依靠科技创新,因时、因地制宜,不同发展周期、不同资源类型的城市转型应选择不同转型路径,同时注意发挥企业在资源型城市发展中的主体作用,并把保障和改善民生作为资源型城市转型的出发点和落脚点。
