摘要
协同创新是现代社会背景下的一种新型创新思想,在这种思想指导下有助于建立多元主体参与的创新有机体,实现更广范围的资源整合和优势互补,产生高水平的创新成果。高校成人教育面对自身的发展困境,在新时代背景下也需要以协同创新思想为指导,及时树立协同创新发展理念,整合多方优势资源,创新协同合作办学模式。
Synergetic innovation is a new type of innovative thought under the background of modernsociety. This kind of thought can help to establish innovation organism which involve multi -subject, to achieve resources integration and advantageous complementarities in a wider range and to develop higher levels of innovation achievements. Facing its own development dilemma, in the new era background, adult higher education should establish synergetie innovation development concept timely, integrate various advantage resources, and innovate cooperation mode of running under the guidance of synergetic innovation thought.
