摘要 超大容积焦炉在中国的建设推广,成倍地减少了每天出炉次数,从而有效减少装煤和推焦的阵发性污染。而因摘炉门操作产生的烟尘污染更是占焦炉生产阵发性污染的70%,所以炉门有效密封是焦炉烟尘放散治本的关键手段。文章从炉门密封结构的原理出发,针对炉门密封的缺陷问题进行长期的现场分析、试验和改造,解决了超大容积焦炉自封炉门密封效果不足的问题。 Application of extra-large coke ovens in China has greatly reduced the times of coke pushing, thus ef- fectively reduced intermittent pollution due to coal charge and coke pushing. While smoke produced from taking-off ov- en doors accounts for 70% of all intermittent pollution in coking production, so effective sealing of oven doors is the key to coking pollution treatment. On-the-site analysis, tests and modification of oven door sealing have been carried out in light of the structural principle and existing problems of door sealing, which solved the problem of insufficient door seal- ing of extra-large coke ovens.
