摘要
目的探讨采用电冰毯治疗中枢性高热的效果和临床护理体会。方法将42例中枢性高热的患者随机分为两组,对照组20例患者采用传统降温法降温和护理;观察组22例患者采用电冰毯进行降温和护理,比较两组的效果。结果观察组采用电冰毯降温效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中枢性高热患者,采用电冰毯降温是较为有效的方法之一。
Objective To discuss the effect of electric ice blanket on the treatment of centralhyperthermia and the clinical nursing experience.Methods 42 patients with centralhyperthermia were selected and randomly divided into two groups.In control group,20 patients were treated by traditional cooling method and nursing.In observation group,22 patients were treated by electric ice-blanket cooling method and nursing.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cooling effects of observation group were better than control group.Conclusions Electric ice-blanket treatment is the effective method for centralhyperthermia patients.It is worth generalization.
