摘要
仓单质押业务是物流金融的一种主要形式,在实践领域目前还没有规模化发展。列举了仓单质押业务过程中的主要风险,分析了防范风险的方法,并从法律角度给出了防范风险的建议。
Warehouse receipt pledge business is a main form of logistics finance,but there has been no large scale implementation.The reason is they worry about the risk.This paper enumerates the main risks of warehouse receipt pledge business.Risk prevention methods were analyzed.And from the perspective of legal risk prevention advice is given.
