摘要
基于微笑曲线的观点,制定大兴安岭林业集团蓝莓产业发展策略,包括建立林下经济合作组织,推广和规范蓝莓种植;建立产学研研究中心,开展蓝莓相关产品的研发;建立营销渠道,缩短和消费者的距离、最大程度接触目标顾客;建立品牌,培养顾客忠诚、建立和竞争对手的隔绝机制。提出大兴安岭林业集团面向全面价值链管理扩张的路径:消除内患,形成合力,全面推广蓝莓种植;建立现代企业制度,培育渠道和品牌;引进来和走出去,顺利开展产品研发和有限多元化,为大兴安岭林业集团经济转型和区域经济发展提供理论基础和实践参考。
Based on the views of smile curve,making the development strategies of forest group blueberry industry,including establishment of the understory economic cooperation organization,promoting and standardizing the blueberry planting;establishing research centers,carrying out research and developing of blueberry related products;establishing the marketing channels,shortening the distance with consumers,the maximum contact with the target customers;building the brand,cultivating the loyalty of customers,and establishing the isolation mechanisms with competitors.This paper points out that the two Group of Forest Industry for the full value chain expansion path,the elimination of internal problems,form a concerted effort to promote blueberry planting;establishing a modern enterprise system,nurturing channels and brand;bringing in and going out,a smooth product development and limited diversification,in order to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for Forest Group economic restructuring and regional economic development.
