摘要
为满足资产精益化管理的要求,各省级电网企业逐步建设实施了资产全寿命周期管理评估决策系统,实现对企业资产全寿命周期管理工作成效、工作质量、工作流程运转效率的整体评估决策。文章从青海省电力公司资产全寿命周期管理评估决策系统建设的实际出发,介绍了该系统的系统架构、功能及关键技术,并分析了该系统的应用所带来的经济效益和社会效益。
In order to meet the requirements of lean management of the assets, the provincial power grid enterprises have gradually started up the evaluation decision system about life cycle asset management, to realize the whole evaluation decision of work effect, quality of work and workflow operation about life cycle asset management. This paper, based on the practice of Qinghai electric power company, introduces the system architecture, functions and key technologies, and analyzes the economic and social benefits.
