巴彦县耕地生态系统服务功能价值测算研究 被引量:15

摘要 耕地生态系统是支撑与维持地球生命支持系统的重要组成部分,具有巨大的直接和间接经济价值。论文以黑龙江省巴彦县为研究区,以耕地生态系统服务功能为切入点,以2009年研究区实地采样监测土壤中N、P、K的含量等数据为基础,充分考虑各种作物类别和不同土壤的特性差别。运用生态经济学方法,利用GIS手段,测算研究区耕地生态系统服务功能价值。结果表明,2009年研究区耕地生态系统服务功能所产生的间接价值为直接价值的3.55倍,耕地生态系统具有巨大的生态经济效益。在市场流通过程中,农民只获得其产品的直接价值,而间接价值未体现在农产品价值的组成上;耕地生态系统服务功能价值的各项指标值有差异,依次为大气调节价值>保持土壤价值>耕地产品价值>涵养水源价值>维持营养物质循环价值>净化大气价值。因此,研究认为:在土地利用过程中,应调整耕地利用方式,充分发挥耕地大气调节等间接生态系统服务功能,使耕地生态系统服务各项功能价值最大化。并对典型区域耕地生态系统服务功能价值定量化测算,为制定区域间生态补偿政策提供科学依据,确保耕地可持续利用。 Cultivated ecosystem is an important part of supporting and maintaining Earth's life support systems. They contribute to human welfare both directly and indirectly. The paper chose the Bayan county in Heilongjiang Province as the study area. As an entry point to the cultivated ecosystem services function, Fully considerd the categories of various crops and the different characteristics of different soil types in cultivated land and based on actual monitoring the content of soil N, P, K and other data of study area in 2009, by adopting ecological economics approach and GIS means to measure the service value of cultivated land ecosystem. The results show that The cultivated land ecosystem service of study area generated by the indirect value for the direct value four times in 2009. Cultivated ecosystem has enormous ecological and economic benefits. In the process of market liquidity, farmers only get the direct value of its products, and the other indirect value is not reflected in the composition of the value of agricultural products;There are some differences in indicators size of cultivated ecosystem services value, in the order of atmosphere regulation〉 soil conservation〉cultivated products〉water-holding〉maintain the nutrient cycle〉clear air. Therefore, thestudy said: In the land use process, we shoule adjust the cultivated land use pattems. Give full play to the arable gas regulation indirect ecosystem services, and to maximize the farmland ecosystem services value supply. The quantitative measurement of the typical area of cultivated land ecosystem services function value to provide the scientific basis for the formulation of regional policies of ecological compensation, thus ensuring the sustainable use of cultivated land.
