滴西18井区石炭系气层压裂改造技术研究

摘要 在滴西18井区滴西184井石炭系气层压裂成功的基础上,针对石炭系气藏特征,通过调研、实验研究、室内分析,总结出了前置液段塞技术、提高前置液比例、变排量工艺、小阶梯砂比加砂工艺等压裂改造技术,研制出适合低渗透率致密气藏压裂改造的防水锁压裂液体系,采用前置液段塞技术解决了裂缝性储层压裂时容易产生多裂缝、裂缝扭曲的现象;前置液比例在40%~46%,能够达到充分造缝的目的;采用变排量工艺能够控制缝高,有助于增加裂缝长度、增加裂缝导流能力;采用15%~20%的较低平均砂比,提高无因次导流能力;选用YLYJ-10防水锁压裂液体系,解决了低渗透率致密气藏水锁严重的问题,为同类气井压裂积累了成功的经验。 Based on successfully fracturing of carboniferous gas reservoir of Dixi 184 well in Dixi 18 region and experiments and analyses of the characteristics of the reservoir, we summarized an improved fracturing technology, such as, proppant slug technology in prepad, incremental preflush percentage, alternating sand flow rate and increasing sand fluid ratio with small steps. And we also developed the improved water-locking fracturing fluid agent for low permeable and tight sand gas reservoir. The proppant slug technology prohibits the multi-fracture initiation and fracture distortion when reservoir is fractured; When pre-liquid ratio is 40% to 60%, the fully initiation can be achieved; Fracture high can be controlled by using alterating sand flow rate technology, which is help to increase fracture length and diversion capacity; We use lower average sand ratio of 15% to 20% to improve the dimensionless conductivity; YLYJ-10 waterlocking fracturing fluid agent stops much water from flowing into the low permeable and tight gas reservoir. It is a successful case for the same gas well fracturing.
