摘要
提出了以灼烧法和HNO3-HClO4法分别处理树脂,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定试样中金的方法。研究了称样量、灰化温度和测定介质对测定的影响,确定了最佳实验条件;讨论了共存离子的干扰。结果表明,金浓度在0.5~20μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 3,方法检出限分别为0.17、0.19μg/mL。分别采用两种方法对实际样品进行测定,结果与火试金-重量法一致,相对标准偏差(n=11)分别为1.5%与1.6%,加标回收率分别为97%~101%、98%~102%。
A determination method of gold in resin by flame atomic asorption spectrometry was proposed after the sample was pretreated by ignition and HNO3-HClO4 method.The effect of sample weight,ashing temperature and determination medium on determination was investigated to obtain optimal experimental conditions.The interference of coexisting ions was discussed.It was found that,gold concentration in range of 0.5-20μg/mL exhibited good linearity to absorbance.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 3.Detection limits of this two method were 0.17and 0.19μg/mL,respectively.Two methods were applied to the determination of actual samples,and the results were consistent with those obtained by fire assaying-gravimetry.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n= 11)was 1.5%and 1.6%,respectively.The recoveries were 97%-101%and 98%-102%,respectively.
