摘要
采用正交试验方法探讨了以杉木屑为原料,通过氯化锌活化法制备活性炭。以活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值为考察指标,选择氯化锌质量分数、浸渍比、活化温度和活化时间设计正交试验表。结果表明,在氯化锌法制备杉木屑活性炭的工艺中,活化温度是最主要的影响因素。通过综合考虑各因素的影响,得到最佳的工艺条件:氯化锌质量分数55%,浸渍比1∶1,活化温度550℃,活化时间70 min。在此条件下制备得到的活性炭BET比表面积可达1 956.71 m2/g,总孔容1.096 cm3/g,平均孔径为2.42 nm,亚甲基蓝吸附值为240 mg/g,碘吸附值为1 311.04 mg/g。
According to orthogonal test method, the activated carbon was prepared from fir sawdust by zinc chloride activation. The influence of concentration of zinc chloride, impregnation ratio, activation temperature and activation time on the methylene blue adsorption value ( QMB ) and iodine adsorption value ( QI2 ) of the samples were analyzed. 1'he results showed that the key factor that affects the activated carbon product is activation temperature. The optimum preparation conditions of activated carbon from fir sawdust were the concentration of ZnC12 55 % , impregnation ration 1 : 1, activation temperature 550℃ and activation time 70 min. Under these operation conditions, the activated carbon was prepared with specific surface area of 1 956.71 m2/g, total pore volume of 1. 096 cm3/g, average pore diameter of 2.42 nm, QMB of 240 mg/g and Q12 of 1 311.04 mg/g.
