摘要
组织记忆是网络时代专题学习网站发展的关键因素。针对当下专题学习网站的组织记忆机制存在着静态预设过多,动态生成零散的问题,视觉文化专题学习网站在设计改进中注意实现从静态预设到动态生成的组织记忆机制转变,促进学习者和网站与知识之间的有效动态交互关系的形成,实现生态化组织记忆机制。这种机制转变的价值主要在于实现了知识的去中心化,唤醒了学习者的主体性;生成了生态化知识组织,激发了学习者的创新思维;推动了从共享到共生的知识建构,促进了学习者的全面发展。
Organizational memory is a crucial factor of the development of topic study website in the interuet era. According to the deficiency of most topic study websites is that within their organizational memory mechanisms, the static presumption is excessive while dynamic generation is scattered, which causes the organizational memory of topic study websites to appear shallow - memory - rigidity and deep - memory - loss.
