磁共振磁敏感加权像(SWI)对脑梗死伴出血的临床应用价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨磁共振磁敏感加权成像(SWI)对出血性脑梗死的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法对2009年10月至2012年10月215例脑梗死患者行MR的T1WI、T2WI、DWI与SWI扫描,分析T1WI、T2WI、DWI和SWI对出血性脑梗死检出率的差异和SWI对于出血性脑梗死的鉴别诊断价值。结果 SWI检出出血性脑梗死45例,T1WI检出20例,T2WI检出28例,DWI检出31例。SWI检出率显著优于其他方法(χ2=31.21,P<0.05)。结论 SWI较MR常规序列(T1WI和T2WI)和DWI序列可检出更多的出血性脑梗死病例,具有一定的鉴别诊断价值,可作为出血性脑梗死检查的一线方法或常规序列。 Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hemorrhagic infarction. Methods From October 2009 to October 2012, 215 patients with cerebral infarction underwent MR T1WI, T2WI, DWI and SWI scan. Analysis T1WI, T2WI, DWI and SWI differences in the detection rate of hemorrhagic infarction and differential diagnosis value of SWI on hemorrhagic infarction. Results SWI detected 45 cases of hemorrhagic infarction, T1WI detected 20 cases, T2WI detected 28 cases, DWI detected 31 cases. SWI detection rate was significantly better than the other methods (χ2 = 31.21, P0.05). Conclusion SWI can detect more cases of hemorrhagic infarction than MR conventional sequence (T1WI and T2WI) and DWI sequences, with a certain value of the differential diagnosis, can be the first-line method or the conventional sequence to check hemorrhagic infarction.
