摘要
采用正交试验设计,开展了闽楠、红楠、青冈3树种的扦插实验,结论为:闽楠的扦插繁殖能力最强,以闽楠半木质化穗条分别在萘乙酸100 mg/kg、绿色植物生长剂50 mg/kg、吲哚乙酸100 mg/kg溶液中浸泡1 h为最佳组合,红楠次之,青冈最差;侧根的粗细与扦插成活率关系密切,但侧根数和最长侧根与成活率无明显相关性。
The orthogonal test design was adopted to develop cutting propagation test of three precious timber tree species Phoebe bournei, Machilus thunbergii, Cyclobalanopsis glauca. The results were as follows: cutting propagation ability of P. bournei was best, the best combination was that semi-lignified spikes was immersed 1 hour in NAA 100 ppm, Green Plant Growth Regulator 50 ppm and IAA 100 ppm, respectively. M. thunbergii took second place, C. glauca was the worst. Lateral root coarseness was closely related to cutting survival rate, but lateral root number and the length of the longest lateral root had no obvious correlation with survival rate.
