科学的教师教学质量考评体系不仅需要体现科学的理论和客观、公开等相关原则 ,还应制定相应实施细则 。
The evaluation system of teaching work should be provided with specific rules for implementation based on relevant theory and principles,with emphasis laid on importance-bearing problems previously absent or ignored in the systems of the same kind.
