摘要
在可分解芳香胺的日常检测中,影响回收率的关键点主要有:缓冲盐溶液pH、硅藻土柱质量、旋蒸浓缩条件、检测仪器状态等。随着纺织品安全检验项目的不断被重视,如何能够更快更好的完成检验工作是检测人员不断研究探讨的课题。针对旋蒸浓缩条件,利用更高效率的试验仪器可以很好的提高可分解芳香胺的检测效率。
In the normal test of decomposable aromatic amine, the following factors have effects on the percent recovery of azo dyes: the pH value of the buffer solution, the quality of the siliceous earth column, conditions during?the?concentra tion?process, and the status of the testing instrument. As more and more attention is paid on the safety inspection items, more and more attention is paid on how to complete the inspection work more quickly and better. For the factor of concentration process, we can use more efficient concentration instruments to improve the inspection efficiency.
