双腔耐高压注射型PICC在肿瘤患者中的应用效果 被引量:3

Study on the application of double-lumen power PICC in chemotherapy treatment

摘要 目的探讨双腔耐高压注射型PICC在肿瘤患者中的临床应用效果。方法选择肿瘤患者83例,随机分为研究组38例和对照组45例。研究组行B超引导下改良赛丁格技术留置双腔耐高压注射型PICC,对照组为直接穿刺留置单腔硅胶HCC,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组静脉一次穿刺成功率为89.5%,对照组为91.1%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);研究组患者无并发症发生,对照组患者并发症发生率为28.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Х^2=10.588,P=0.002);日常生活方面,患者对双腔PICC较单腔硅胶PICC满意度高,而经济负担方面单腔硅胶PICC管较双腔PICC管更能使患者接受。结论双腔耐高压注射型PICC显著优于单腔硅胶PICC,能够做到一根导管完成治疗,并满足复杂的静脉治疗需要,患者并发症少、满意度高,值得在肿瘤患者中推广应用。 Objective To explore the chnical application values of new type of double-lumen power PICC in tumor patients. Methods A total of 83 cancer patients, 38 patients in study group were treated with double-lumen Power PICC guided by ultrasound based on modified seldinger technique, and 45 patients in control group were treated with single-lumen silicone PICC from January 2012 to August 2012 in the first affliated hospital of Zhengzhou university. Results No significant difference was found in the one-time success rate of puncture between study group and control group (89.5% vs 91. 1% ; P 〉 0. 05 ). While significant difference of the incidence of complication was found between study group and control group (0% vs 28.9% ; Х^2 = 10.588 ,P =0. 002). And patients' satisfaction in terms of daily life for the double-lumen Power PICC was higher than that for single-lumen silicone PICC, but lower in terms of economic burden. Conclusions The clinical application of the new type of double-lumen Power PICC placement can satisfy the complex needs of venous treatment. Patients who use Power PICC placement are much better than those use single-lumen silicone PICC for higher satisfaction, higher success rate of one- time puncture. So it's worth popularizing in cancer patients.
