深圳市开展了市民健康卡建设工作,实现自助发卡、自助挂号、自助缴费、授权调阅健康档案、自助打印检查检验单和发票等功能,计划通过应用健康卡的便民措施,改善就医流程,实现跨机构就医数据交换和业务协同,提高就医效率。描述了健康卡具备的具体功能和技术架构,重点介绍了实施过程中各环节的关键工作节点,深入探讨了健康卡应用的工作体会和需要注意的工作事项。
： In order to improve the efficient of medical service, the health smart card was applied in Shenzhen government hospital, which had self-issuing card, self-register, self-payment, health recorder authorized and test result self-printing function. This card could help the clinical data sharing and cooperation among hospitals. This article introduces the function and technical architecture of health smart card, underlines the key work points in the whole implementing process, and explores the experience of implementing and problems which should be addressed.
