摘要
师资队伍建设是高职院校健康发展的关键;针对新组建高职院校分析其在独特的环境下师资队伍建设的现状和存在的问题,及问题产生的原因,并从量和质的要求上提出师资队伍建设的一些措施。
Teaching staff construction is the key to the healthy development of higher vocational colle-ges. This paper analyzes the status and exsiting problems of the teaching staff construction under the u-nique environment in some new higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some measures from the re-quirements ot quantity and quality.
