摘要
针对某污水处理厂工程工艺流程的控制要求,设计了一整套的PLC控制系统。该系统用S7-300PLC进行下位控制,用WINCC6.2软件开发出上位监控画面。由于污水处理对现场实时数据的要求很高,因此,系统设计中,将数据通讯通过交换机和以太网构成环网,当某一个通讯模块出现故障时,采集的数据可以自动通过另一条线路传输,从而保证了数据采集的实时性、准确性。最后,针对pH值的控制给出了控制算法。
For the requirements of the process control of a sewage treatment plant,this paper designed a complete set of PLC control system for a sewage treatment plant. In the system, S7 - 300PLC was used for lower control and WINCC6.2 software was used for upper monitor screen development, In order to make sure the high requirements of on-site real-lime data in sewage treatment system, the data communication is complied though switch and Ethernet,when a communication module fails, the data are collected by another line transmission,to ensure the acquisition and accuracy of real-time data. The paper presented the algorithm to control the pH.
