头颈部3D-CTA与3D-DSA诊断颅外颈动脉狭窄的对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过颈动脉狭窄诊断金标准的数字减影血管成像(DSA)与CT血管造影(CTA)的比较研究,探讨CTA在颈动脉狭窄诊断中的可行性及技术优势。方法回顾分析94例做过CTA且在2w内做过DSA的患者的影像学资料分析,比较两种诊断方法的一致性。结果 CTA的灵敏度为97.1%,特异度为97.0%,正确指数(Youden's index)为94.1%;且两种诊断方法的一致性Kappa值为0.922。结论 3D-CTA具有检查时间短、费用低,同时较高的空间分辨率,可以得到更广泛的应用。 Objective To explore the feasibility and technical advantages of CTA in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis according comparativing study between digital subtraction angiography,and the DSA is considered the gold standard for diagnosing.Method angiography and CT Imaging data from 94 patients had done CTA and DSA within 2 weeks were retrospective analyzed.We compared the consis- tency for two methods^esult The sensitivity of CTA is 97.1%, and the specificity is 97.0%, and the Youden's index is 94.1%, the consistency (Kappa) is 0.922.Conclusion 3D-CTA is provided with checking in short time, low case and better resolution ratio in space. The method should be more widely used.
