摘要
如何找到鉴别班组员工能力、激发班组员工潜力、发挥班组员工聪明才智的绩效管理方式是企业管理者所面临的最大挑战,"工作积分制"绩效考核方式是班组绩效考核的一种有益探索。在分析公司班组员工绩效管理现状及存在的问题的基础上,阐述了"工作积分制"的基本内容和"工作积分制"考核方式在班组运用的可行性,着重论述了"工作积分制"考核方式如何在班组实施应用。
How to find the performance management mode which can identify the workforce ability, stimu- late their potential, and play their ability and cleverness in team is the biggest challenge faced by enter- prise managers. "Work integral system" performance appraisal mode is a useful exploration of team per- formance appraisal. On the basis of the analysis of current situation and existing problems of the team performance management in company, the basic content of "work integral system" and the feasibility of this appraisal way using in team are elaborated, this appraisal way how to be carried out in team is dis- cussed emphatically.
