摘要
针对《国家电网公司输变电工程通用设计-110(66)~750 kV智能变电站部分(2011年版)》的D-3设计方案,讨论了其中500 kV部分主接线的CT(电流互感器)配置方案造成边开关和中开关存在断路器失灵死区的问题,分析了不同准确级电流互感器的特性,提出了两种可行的解决方案,为后续智能站设计避免此类问题提供依据。
In this paper, based on the design of D-3 regulated in Power Transmission and Transformation Project General Design about -110 (66) - 750 kV Smart Substation issued by State Grid Corporation (2011), the protection dead zone existing in the side switch and the middle switch which is caused by CT configuration of 500 kV main connection scheme is discussed. Then the characteristics of current transformers between different accuracy classes are analysed, and two feasible solutions are provided for the design of smart substations to avoid the same problems in the future.
