摘要
介绍了美国海军舰队级、编队级和本舰级三个层次的作战指控系统,并以海上全球指挥控制系统、旗舰数据显示系统、先进作战指挥系统、舰艇自防御系统和"宙斯盾"防空作战系统为例,详细论述了其当前指控系统的发展现状。分析了作战指控系统未来的发展趋势及目前美军涉及指挥控制体系结构建设的项目计划,总结了美国海军指控系统发展特点与建设思路,通过对国外技术发展路线的梳理和汇总,提炼指控系统当前发展方向,旨在能够对我国海军装备作战指控系统的发展有所借鉴和启迪。
This paper introduces three levels of USN combat command ＆ control system, including marine level, fleet level and ship level. Illustrate the status of recent command ＆ control system with GCCS, FDDS, ACDS, SSDS and AEGIS Combat System. Based on the analysis of development trend and architecture construction programs of US Navy, summarize the characteristics and conception of future command ＆ control system design. Through abstracting foreign route of technology development, finally concluded the direction of command control system in US Navy, in order to give the references for the development of our navy command ＆ control system.
