摘要
以管理学中的矩阵分析法和体育学相关理论为研究基础,运用文献资料、案例分析等研究方法针对如何改进我国企业体育赞助策略展开研究。首先简要介绍了矩阵分析法,并指出我国企业体育赞助存在的突出问题,然后针对问题,通过理论与实证相结合阐述了基于矩阵分析法的企业体育赞助改进策略,以使企业体育赞助运作更为科学和规范,帮助企业实现赞助目标。
Taking the management of matrix analysis and sports science theory as the research foundation,the authors studied how to improve our sports enterprises using literature review s,case analysis,and so on.Firstly,it briefly introduced the method of matrix analysis,pointed out that there w ere the main problems in China’s enterprises in the sports sponsorship and then expounded the improvement strategy of enterprise sports sponsorship in order to make the enterprise sports sponsorship operation more scientific and normative,and help enterprises achieve sponsoring target.
