火烧油层稠油热采井专用套管的设计开发 被引量:9

摘要 分析了火烧油层稠油热采的机理和火烧油层稠油热采井对套管的性能要求,提出了其专用套管的力学性能和使用性能指标,并对生产的TP90H-3Cr和TP90H-9Cr两种套管的力学性能、整管使用性能、高温拉伸性能、抗CO2腐蚀能力进行检验。结果表明:TP90H-3Cr和TP90H-9Cr套管的性能指标达到或超过设计要求,热稳定性和抗高温软化能力优良,抗CO2腐蚀性能优异,满足油田火烧油层稠油热采井的实际使用要求。 Analyzed in the article are the mechanism of thermal recovery of in-situ combustion super heavy oil, and the requirement for properties of the casing used in the thermal recovery well. Also presented here are the targeted data concerning the mechanical properties and performances of the specialty casing as used for service in the thermal recovery well for in-situ combustion super heavy oil. Moreover tested are the mechanical properties,the over-length performances,hi-temperature tensile property,and CO 2 corrosion-resistance of both the TP90H-3Cr and TP90H-9Cr casings. The test results show that the said two types of casings stand with performances up to or even higher than the design criteria,excellent thermal stability and hi-temperature softening-resistance and perfect CO 2 corrosion-resistance, having been satisfactory to the requirements for field application to the thermal recovery well for in-situ combustion super heavy oil.
