摘要
利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对BRB100矩形软波导在振动载荷下的模态和应力进行了仿真,获得了该软波导的共振频率和振型以及软波导在振动过程中产生的应力。根据仿真结果,分析了造成矩形软波导疲劳断裂的因素。采取阻振法和消除残余应力法提高了矩形软波导的抗振性能。
The resonance frequency,vibration mode,and the stress of BRB100 flexible rectangular waveguide during vibration are obtained using ANSYS software based on finite element method(FEM).According to the simulated results,the factors that cause flexible rectangular waveguide fatigue fracture are analyzed.By using vibration reduction method and eliminating the residual stress method,the anti-vibration performance of the flexible rectangular waveguide are enhanced.
