摘要
采用专利技术功效图的分析方法,研究国内外LED灯管的专利技术发展现状,比较美国、欧洲与中国的专利技术分布差异,了解中国各地区的专利现状,分析出现专利技术的雷区与技术空白点,为中国企业做好专利布局、规避设计、制定产品销售策略提供参考依据。
By the way of patent technology-effect map as an analysis method, this paper aims to study domestic and foreign patent technology development status of LED tube lighting, to compare the differences of patent technology distribution in the United States, Europe and China, to investigate the patent technology in various regions of China, to analyze the current patent technology minefield and technolgoy gaps, and to provide a reference for Chinese enterprises when their making patent patem, around design and product sales strategy.
