摘要
文章认为应吸取城市化的历史教训，重视城市化的质量，走可持续发展的道路。为此，应保持适宜的城市化速度、城市化的有序性，衡量城市发展与城市化水平不仅要有经济指标，还要有社会指标，要保护和发展城市──区域良好的生态环境，走可持续发展的城市化道路的关键是提高人的素质。
On the basis of historical experience of urbanization, this paper thinks it imperative to emphasize the quality of urbaniza- tion by the way of sustainable development, and the key to it.is to upgrade the quality of population. It's important to keep the reasonable speed and older of urbanization. For the evaluation of urban development and the level of urbanization there must be economic indicators as well as social ones for the protection and development of good city-regional ecological environment.
