摘要
目的:通过实验室研究牛磺酸清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基的能力,用于判断牛磺酸的抗氧化能力。方法:采用牛磺酸还原力实验和邻苯三酚自氧化法测定牛磺酸清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力,以及牛磺酸对羟自由基的清除作用,以确定牛磺酸的抗氧化能力。结果:牛磺酸对超氧阴离子自由基以及羟自由基有较强的清除作用,在一定范围内随牛磺酸添加量的增大而增大。结论:牛磺酸的抗氧化能力较强。
Objective: To study the ability of Taurine Clearing Superoxide Anion Radical and Hydroxyl Free Radical through experiments to judge the antioxidant activity of taurine. Methods: rice have adopted taurine - reducing - power expertiment and pyrogallol autoxidation method for the determination of taurine's ability to remove superoxide anion and of tanrine's function on the scavenging of hydroxyl radicals to study the antioxidant activity of taurine. Results: Effect of taurine on superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical scavenging is strong, and it will increase with the added amount of taurine in a certain range. Conclusions: The ability of taurine's antioxidant is strong.
