摘要
指出我国中部、西部和东北地区无论是在物流人才数量、存量、增长速度、产能,还是在物流人才培养上都落后于东部地区。造成这种失衡现象的原因主要在于区域经济发展不平衡和区域间基础设施、政策环境的差异。应从深化各层次物流人才培养方式与渠道、加强宏观调控、完善物流基础设施建设、制定科学用人机制等方面改善中西部和东北地区物流人才状况,促进其物流产业的协调发展。
In this paper, we pointed out that with regard to the quantity, reserve, growth rate, production capacity and cultivation, the logistics talents of the middle, western and northeastern regions were inferior to those of the eastern region and the cause for this phenomenon was the unbalanced economic development among the regions and the difference in regional infrastructure and policy environment. Then we argued that we should further develop the method and channel for the cultivation of logistics talents on all levels, reinforce macroscopic regulation, improve construction of logistics infrastructure and formulate a scientific talent utility institution to enhance the logistics talent situation of the middle-western and northeastern regions.
