摘要
[目的]研究木材干燥窑内速度场的均匀性。[方法]在实验室用顶风式木材干燥窑内安装了弧形导流板,并将计算流体动力学应用在木材干燥窑内部的三维流场分析中,分别研究了相同高度处不同横向位置和相同横向位置处不同高度木材堆间隙进口处的速度分布。[结果]由于挡板的导流作用,干燥窑内空气流动的横向均匀性明显有所提高,不同通道内的气流速度差别显著减小,从而提高了干燥窑内部整个速度场的均匀性。[结论]随着送风速度的提高,木材堆内气流速度的均匀性并无明显变化。
[Objective] Homogeneity of wind speed in wood drying kiln was studied.[Method] Curved baffle plates were installed in the drying kiln and the motion law of airflow in wood drying kiln was studied by using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) technology.[Result] By comparing the distributing diagrams of velocity of different positions in detail,it can be seen that the homogeneity of airflow increased greatly with the help of curved baffle plates.[Conclusion] Different wind speed couldn’t change the homogeneity of flow field under the same condition.Curved baffle plates can help improve the quality of wood drying.
