摘要 针对文献中聚醚醚酮磺化浓硫酸用量过大的问题,通过正交实验设计,详细考察影响聚醚醚酮磺化的各因素间的主次关系,并用红外光谱和酸碱滴定方法对磺化聚醚醚酮进行表征。结果发现温度对聚醚醚酮磺化影响最大,其次是时间,最后是聚醚醚酮与浓硫酸之间的比例。优化的磺化工艺中1 g聚醚醚酮所使用的浓硫酸不足7ml,此值仅为文献中数据的7%~30%。 In order to reduce the consumption of concentrated sulfuric acid, a cross-experiment for the sulfonation of poly(ether ether ketone)s was designed and carded out. The sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)s (SPEEK) were charactered by the acid-base titration and the fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflection (FTIR-ATR). Based on the results of ion-exchange capacity of SPEEKs, the influential parameters to sulfonation were ordered: the reaction temperature 〉 reaction time 〉 ratio of PEEK to concentrated sulfuric acid. Under the optimum reaction conditions, only about 7 ml concentrated sulfuric acid was used for the sulfonation of per 1 g PEEK, which was only 7-30% of the values reported in literatures.
