摘要 针对电类专业"三三式"现代工程师培养模式创新实验区建设进行介绍,阐述了"三三式"现代工程师人才培养模式的方案架构,分析了实验区建设的可行性和具体建设措施,最后介绍了建设过程中取得的成果。实践证明,电类专业"三三式"现代工程师培养模式创新实验区的建设过程,对其它专业人才培养模式的探索具有普遍借鉴意义。 This paper mainly introduces the innovative experimental zone construction of the electrical specialty based on the "three-three type" modern engineer training mode, elaborates the framework of the "three-three style" modern engineer training mode, analyses the feasibility and specific measures of constructing the experimental zone and describes the results obtained in the establishing process. The practice proves that the process of the innovative experimental zone construction of the electrical specialty based on the "three-three style" modern engineer training mode serves as a reference for the exploration of other professional training modes.
