摘要
结合某项目决策、设计、实施及竣工各阶段的造价管理实例,对城市污水治理建设项目的造价管理全过程进行了研究,分析了其存在的问题,提出了相应的策略,以取得更好的投资效益和社会效益。
Combining with the cost management cases in decision-making, the design, the implementation, and complete stages of some project, the paper researches the cost management process in the urban sewage treatment construction programs, analyzes its problems, and points out respective problems, so as to achieve better investment and social benefits.
