当前企业之间的竞争日益激烈,人才流动性也越来越大,这给企业用人方面带来了困扰,因此人才的持续流失也成了影响企业发展的一项重要因素。实行激励机制,激发员工的工作动机,提高员工的积极性,实现自身的最大价值,为企业带来更多的效益,保证了企业人才不再流失,是企业经营管理的一种重要手段。
Nowadays competion between enterprises is becoming increasingly freice, and talents flow also increases immensely, which brings trouble to enterprises regarding employing. So, the constant loss of talent has also become an important factor that influences enterprises' development. Adopting incentive mechanism to inspire employee's working motivation and thus achieving their best value and bringing more benefit to the enterprise can ensure less talent loss, so it is an important means of operaton and management for enterprises.
