摘要
目的探讨髓内固定系统和钉板固定系统在股骨粗隆间骨折中的疗效。方法 42名股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机平均分为两组,为实验组和对照组,实验组患者使用髓内固定系统中的PFNA手法对其进行治疗,对照组患者钉板固定系统中的DHS手法进行治疗。结果实验组与对照组在骨折的愈合时间上差异不具有统计学意义,P>0.05;根据随机调查访问,两组患者在满意度上有差异,根据Harris评分准则,其差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论髓内固定系统和钉板固定系统在股骨粗隆间骨折中的疗效均较为显著,值得在临床上推广。但是对于患者的舒适度,钉板固定系统相对于髓内固定系统更高,但其优势不明显。
Objective To explore the intramedullary fixation system and screw plate fixation system in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in effect, seeking a more suitable patient rehabilitation medical means, guarantee the interests of patients. Methods 42 patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group, the patients in experimental group the use of intramedullary fixation system in the PFNA techniques for their treatment, patients in the control group the nail plate fixation system in tr, eatment of DHS technique. Results In the experimental group and the control group two to group at the fracture healing time difference was not statistically significant, P〉0.05; but according to the random survey, two groups of patients have their differences in satisfaction, according to Harris score criterion, the difference has no statistical significance,P〉0.05. Conclusion Intramedullary fixation system and screw plate fixation system in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in effect was obvious, worthy of clinical popularization. But for patient comfort, nail plate fixation system relative to the intramedullary fixation system is higher, but the advantage is not clear.
