摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将2008—2012年来我院就诊的120例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用西药对症治疗,治疗组除西药对症治疗外配合自拟中药加减方治疗,均以30d为1个疗程,1疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.0%,高于对照组的70.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后腹胀、嗳气、反酸、恶心及食欲不振改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗浅表性胃炎过程中,中西医结合具有良好的协同作用,取得了良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of superficial gastritis.Methods Our hospital 2008 to 2012,120 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group were treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,the treatment group in addition to western medicine symptomatic treatment with self decoction of Chinese medicine treatment,by 30d for 1 courses,to observe the curative effect after 1 courses.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 88.0%,higher than 70.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Before and after treatment in patients of abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation,nausea and loss of appetite and improve the effective rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of superficial gastritis process,has good synergistic effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,has obtained the good clinical effect.
