摘要
植物的半致死温度(LT50)能较确切地反映植物的抗寒能力。本研究对13个茶树无性系品种及1个黄山群体种进行电导法配合Logistic方程求拐点温度,确定植物组织半致死温度,以确定各品种的抗寒性强弱。通过聚类分析,浙农113、农抗早两个品种属高抗寒种质资源,可作为耐寒性育种的基因材料,而仙寓早、平阳特早、春波绿3个品种的抗寒性较差,属不抗寒品种。
LT50 can more properly stand for cold resistance of plant. In this experiment, the LT50 of 13 tea clones could and one Huangshan seedling was deduced by conductive method combined with Logistic equation, which be used to identify the cold - resistance of tea varieties. Nongkangzao were the ones By hierarchical cluster analysis, Zhenong113 and were the germplasms with high cold -resistance, while Xianyuzao, Pingyangtezao and Chunbolv with lower cold- resistance.
