摘要
【目的】建立以经济、社会和环境效益相对最优为目标的水资源优化配置模型,为实现水资源的协调发展提供支持。【方法】以浐灞河流域为研究对象,采用人工鱼群算法建立水资源优化配置模型并进行求解。【结果】利用建立的水资源优化配置模型,对浐灞河流域各规划水平年(75%保证率)3种不同效益权重组合下的水资源进行了优化配置,配置后相对最优的结果是:研究区2020年可供水量为25 210.8万m3,较配置前增加了2 603.8万m3,缺水率较配置前降低了9.12%;2030年可供水量为28 168.8万m3,较配置前增加了1 911.8万m3,缺水率较配置前降低了6.07%。【结论】通过不同权重组合下的效益计算,选择经济、社会和环境效益权重分别为0.40,0.25和0.35时的水资源优化配置结果,作为浐灞河流域水资源开发利用与社会经济和生态环境保护协调发展的最佳方案。
【Objective】 This study established a water resources optimal allocation model to get the best economic,social and environmental benefits during development of water resources.【Method】 Using the Chanba river basin in Xi'an as study object,water resources optimal allocation model was built and solved using the artificial fish swarm algorithm.【Result】 This study obtained water resources optimal allocation results in the planning year(75% guaranteed rate) under three different effective weight combinations.The relatively optimal result was that the available water in the study area was 25 210.8×104 m3 in 2020,which increased by 2 603.8×104 m3,Shortage ratio reduced by 9.12%.The available water was 28 168.8×104 m3 in 2030,increased by 1 911.8×104 m3,Shortage ratio reduced by 6.07%.【Conclusion】 Based on the calculation of the effectiveness under different weight combinations,the water resources optimal allocation results were obtained when the weights of the economic,social and environmental benefits were 0.40,0.25 and 0.35,respectively.
