摘要
运用信息消费学的研究方法,借鉴消费者计划行为理论(TPB),从企业专利信息消费意向、企业情境因素和企业群体因素三个方面对企业专利信息消费行为进行分析,构建企业专利信息消费的TPB模型。该模型对于分析企业专利信息消费的影响因素具有一定的参考价值,同时可以为专利服务组织制定营销计划、提升营销效益、稳固目标客户群提供帮助。
By employing the research methods in information consumption studies and using planned behavior theory as a reference, the present article devises a TPB model of enterprises' patent -information -consuming behavior after analyzing enterprises' behaviors of patent infor- mation consumption from the following three aspects: enterprises' intention for patent informa- tion consumption, enterprises' situation and the enterprises as a whole. This model is valuable for analyzing the factors affecting enterprises' behaviors of patent information consumption and can be used to develop a marketing plan, prothote marketing benefits and keep a long list of cli- ents for the China IP intermediate service agents.
