摘要
随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立与完善,我国的经济发展逐渐融入全球化行列,证券市场在我国金融体系中的地位也愈发重要。网络信息技术的进步,使得网上证券交易得到了较快发展,然而随之带来的网络信息安全问题也日益突出,需要建立网络安全体系来确保证券公司信息的安全。分析了证券公司网络信息安全的现状,对网络安全的定义、策略和技术进行了简单的介绍,对证券公司网络安全体系结构和安全管理进行了初步设计。对网络的连通性、网络管理功能和应用系统功能的实现以及实际数据传输的测试结果表明,该系统的网络安全设计与管理方案均达到了证券公司中小型网络管理的需求。
With the gradual establishment and improvement of China's market economy,China's economic development has been gradually integrated into the ranks of globalization,the status of the securities market in China's financial system is also increasingly important.Network advancement in information technology of making online securities trading has been rapidly developed,however,the network and information security problems have become increasingly prominent,it needs to establish a network security system to ensure the security of the securities company information.The securities company network and information security,a brief introduction and definition of network security strategies and technologies are analyzed,then the preliminary design of a securities company's network security architecture and security management are introduced,the security system is tested.
