摘要
目的探讨社区健康教育对老年糖调节受损(impaired glucose regulation,IGR)患者的影响及其效果。方法在杭州市石桥街道社区60岁以上老年居民中筛选出IGR患者96例,随机分为两组:干预组采用集体授课和个别指导相结合的形式开展糖尿病社区健康教育活动;对照组不做健康干预。观察三个月后检测两组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、糖耐量试验2小时血糖(2 h PG)。结果两组IGR患者在社区健康教育干预前的FPG及2 h PG测值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预3个月后干预组患者FPG及2 h PG测值均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组干预前后上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社区健康教育能明显减低糖调节受损患者的血糖水平。
Objective The study was intended to understand the effects of community health education on elderly patients with impaired glucose regulation. Method 96 patients with impaired glucose regulation were selected from a group of people ( of over 60 years of age) residing in Hangzhou Shiqiao street community as the subjects. They were then randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group, a joint approach of collective teaching and individual tutoring was designed to conduct the activities of community health education for them, and a control group who did not receive any of the designed education. Three months later, both groups were checked for their fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance test 2 hours blood glucose. Findings Two groups of IGR patients in FPG and 2 h PC community health education intervention measurements showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). 3 months after the education, FPG and 2 h PG of the experimental group were found to have decreased. The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05) ; while the controlgroup showed no significant difference in the index before and after the intervention ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Community health education can significantly lower the blood glucose level in patients with impaired glucose regulation.
