新形势下高校学生管理工作如何与时俱进,如何开展好高校大学生管理,对大学生的健康成长至关重要。高校大学生管理工作是一项讲究管理技巧的工作,是对管理者的新要求和新挑战。在社会转型期培养创新型人才,发挥高校大学生管理的作用,是高校面临的一个重大课题。
