摘要
根据国内外已有的研究报道,综述四环素、磺胺类等典型兽用抗生素的使用现状,介绍水环境中兽用抗生素的污染特征及其微生物学效应。针对中国的具体情况,提出未来兽用抗生素研究重点和发展方向。
In recent years,extensive use of veterinary antibiotics has resulted in detectable pollution to various environmental media particularly the aquatic environment in China.Antibiotic tolerant genes of microorganisms and new tolerant microorganism species derived from the use of the antibiotics have seriously challenged the ecosystem safety and human health.The present paper reviews the status of typical veterinary antibiotics use in China,pollution characteristics of veterinary antibiotics in aquatic environment and harmful effects to microorganisms.Some proposals for future studies on veterinary antibiotics are made as well.
