山东省城市化与水环境耦合协调模式分析 被引量:18

摘要 通过建立城市化与水环境综合评价指标体系,采用熵值法定量揭示1995—2010年山东省城市化与水环境系统的主要影响因子。城市化与水环境子系统演变趋势对比表明,山东省城市化对水环境的胁迫性在城市化发展初期较为显著,后期相对较弱,而水环境对城市化的约束作用始终较小。山东省城市化与水环境耦合协调度计算结果表明:1995—2010年,山东省城市化与水环境分别经历了严重失调的低度耦合期(1995—1996年)、失调的拮抗期(1997—2000年)、基本协调的磨合期(2001—2005年)和良好协调的高度耦合期(2006—2010年)。2006年之后,山东省城市水环境污染控制措施作用明显,维持了良好的水环境质量,但水环境质量也有较大波动,因此还需要提高水环境安全预警能力,预防水危机产生。 Through the establishment of urbanization and water environment comprehensive evaluation index system,the paper used entropy method to quantitatively reveal several important indicators in urbanization system and water environment system in Shandong province between 1995 and 2010.By comparing the trends of comprehensive levels in the urbanization system and the water environment system,it show that the threatening of the urbanization on the water environment was significant at the initial stage in Shandong Province,later the threatening was relatively small,and the constraint of the water environment on the urbanization was always much less.The results show that,during 1995-2010,the urbanization system and water environment system was seriously unbalanced development with the lowest coupling degree from 1995 to 1996,slightly unbalanced development with the lower coupling degree from 1997 to 2000,barely balanced development with middle coupling degree from 2001 to 2005,and superiorly balanced development with high coupling degree from 2006 to 2010,respectively.Since 2006,the water environmental pollution control measures has the effect to maintain a good water environment quality in Shandong province,however,the water environment quality still has big changes,it is need to protect the water environment and prevent the water crisis by the technology of early warning.
