导弹弹射发射动态燃气流场的数值模拟

摘要 为评估导弹尾流对制导发射车上雷达阵面的影响,对动态燃气流场进行了数值模拟。综合非结构网格弹性变形和网格再生,将被发射的导弹作为运动实体,根据发动机推力确定导弹在任意计算时刻的运动位移和速度,改变相应的流场计算边界,并由运动边界更新网格,进而计算导弹运动全过程中非定常流场。计算结果表明:制导发射车上雷达阵面的压力和温度分布变化较稳态计算降低,满足设计要求,为导弹发射系统的设计和优化提供了参考依据。 To evaluate the influence of the missile jet flow on the radar array of the launching vehicle, the dynamic jet flow was modeled and simulated in this paper. The ejected missile was modeled as a moveable entity by combining the non-structural elastic deformation method with the re-meshing method, which displacement and velocity of time varying were determined by the engine thrust. The boundary and mesh of the unsteady flow field were updated and the process of launching was calculated. The numerical results showed that the pressure and temperature on the radar array would decease to meet the design requirement, which proved that the simulating dynamic was of availability in the design and optimization of the missile launching vehicle system.
